The Indiana Writing Project (IWP) Summer Unpaid Internship
The IWP hopes that their intern will help them meet these critical objectives:
- Update IWP website
- Research, design, and write materials to connect IWP to local, regional, and state professional organizations and teachers (e.g., write press releases to Learning Connections; identify, produce and distribute research summaries; post blogs from Teacher Consultants; promote upcoming IWP workshops and programs)
- Assist with IWP office operations (e.g., copying, assisting with registration procedures for IWP programs)
It is a great opportunity for students to network with teachers, continue their professional growth, and practice writing for a wide audience of teachers and administrators. IWP is a branch of the National Writing project.
